Miami Restaurant Spotlight: Naoe
October 1, 2015You will get a one of a kind experience when dining at Naoe. Chef Kevin Cory is a culinary master in traditional Japanese meals. The menu changes nightly and you are charged a flat fee to dine with Chef Cory. It cost $200 per individual, with the addition of sales tax and 20% gratuity. You will need to plan on dining for three hours, as this is much more than a stop by restaurant.
Special Requests
Special request need to be made 10 days before visiting. You do need to be a aware that those allergic to mushrooms, eggs, fish, shellfish, rice, raw, vinegar, alcohol, salt, sugar, legumes, nuts, seeds and gluten should not dine at Naoe.
Reservations
Reservations are a must, and you can make your reservations online through SeatMe. If you should have any issues when scheduling your reservation, please email Naoe at waitinglist@naoemiami.com.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed to dine at Naoe. Private dining is available for up to 8 guests, as well.
The Chef
Chef Cory began studying culinary art at the tender age of 19. He has a true passion for food, and it has been passed down for many generations in his family. Chef Cory offers one of a kind sake here in the US, as his family sake brewery has been in business since the 1800s in Ishikawa, Japan. Chef Cory’s family also has a shoyu brewery in Oono. This business was established in 1825. It’s easy to see how successful Chef Cory has become.

Dress Code, Seating Times and Location
Dress code is casual, and seating times are at 6:00pm and 9:30pm. Naoe is located at 661 Brickell Key. Naoe has won many prestigious awards for their outstanding food offerings, exceptional service, and one of a kind dining experience. If you want to experience true Japanese cuisine, visit Naoe.
